In the finance, kind of loans are two.

1.bilateral loans
2.syndicated loans

"bilateral" mean is each other.
Between bank and pearsonal contract loans.
In other words, normal loans.

Syndicated loans mean a number of banks corpolate loans.
If debtor is bankruptcy, damage is minimam.

Last week, I contracted bilateral loans.
